2.64.510 Volunteer Firefighters’s Relief and Pension Fund Act – Death or disability fee – City payment.

An annual fee for each member of the city’s fire department shall be paid by the city to the State Treasurer for the purpose of affording the members of its fire department with protection from death or disability as provided in Chapter 41.24 RCW. (Ord. 827 § 1, 1977; Ord. 183 § 4, 1953).
