An annual fee for each member of the city fire department electing to enroll under the retirement provisions of the Volunteer Firefighters’s Relief and Pension Fund Act in such amount and partially paid by the firefighters as provided in Chapter 41.24 RCW shall be paid to the State Treasurer.
