The commission shall hold at least one regular meeting in each month except there shall be no meeting the fourth week of November or December. Should a regular meeting day fall on an official holiday, the meeting shall be held the following business day. A quorum shall consist of not less than four members. Special meetings of the commission may be called at any time by the chairperson or by any three members upon notification to all members not less than 24 hours in advance thereof, and in compliance with all applicable state laws for open meetings.
