Chapter 296-150M WAC as currently promulgated, together with any future amendments thereof or future additions thereto, is adopted by this reference and incorporated into this code as if set forth in this section in full. The building official, or designee, is authorized to inspect the installation of mobile and/or manufactured homes, issue permits for all mobile and/or manufactured homes that meet the requirements of this chapter and enforce all violations of this chapter.
