No mobile/manufactured home shall be placed on any lot within the city unless a valid installation building permit has been issued by the city pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2140 § 2 (Exh. B), 2014; Ord. 1815 § 1, 2000; Ord. 1629 § 1, 1996).
