The terms “cans,” “cart,” “unit” and “containers” as used in this chapter and in any ordinance by the city council establishing classifications and service charges shall have the meanings defined in BMC 8.20.160, and the term “refuse” as used in this chapter and any resolution establishing classifications and service charges shall have the meaning as defined in BMC 8.20.010.
