The city reserves the right to suspend water service temporarily whenever it finds it necessary for the purpose of making repairs or improvements to the water system. In all such cases as much notice as the circumstances shall permit shall be given to users and repairs and improvements shall be carried on as rapidly as possible. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 1996).
