A connection charge for tapping onto a city sewer main shall be paid by all persons connecting to the system and shall be payable, in full, prior to any work being commenced. A city inspector shall be on-site at the time of connection. The fees shall be as established by resolution of the city. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 1996; Ord. 1306 § 26, 1988).
