A boundary line adjustment is a Type I application, and shall be processed in accordance with the procedures for such applications as set forth in BMC Title 11. A boundary line adjustment is the process of adjusting boundary lines, between platted or unplatted lots or both, which does not create any additional lot, tract, parcel, site or division and provides sufficient land area and dimension to meet minimum requirements for width and area for a building site.
