15.04.020 Requirements for a complete application.

Applications for a boundary line adjustment shall contain the following:
A. Seven copies of an accurate preliminary map drawn to scale;
B. Legal descriptions prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor or other qualified individual;
C. The same information as required for a short subdivision in BMC 15.06.020, if applicable; and
D. The minimum application requirements as set forth in BMC 11.06.002. (Ord. 2008 § 1, 2009; Ord. 1815 § 1, 2000; Ord. 1632 § 1, 1996).
