10.35.030 Increase of state law maximum speed.
It is determined upon the basis of engineering and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by state law upon the following street is less than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon that street, and it is declared that the speed limit shall be the miles per hour as herein set forth on that part of the street herein designated when signs are erected giving notice thereof:
