Exterior lighting shall be consistent with BMC 12.14.240, Exterior lighting; provided, that any light fixture which causes direct glare and/or reflections into or toward public rights-of-way in a manner that causes a visual distraction to vehicles, bicycles, or pedestrians, as determined by the director of public works, shall be prohibited.
