No person shall deface or damage any property or material standing, or growing or which has been cut down, in any Bothell park unless authorized to do so by the department. No person shall deface, damage, or destroy any property, material or equipment which is under the jurisdiction of the department. (Ord. 2174 § 1, 2015; Ord. 2094 § 1 (Exh.
