No person or persons shall moor, anchor, dock or berth a boat or other object overnight in a Bothell park or associated marine area unless the area has been designated for such use. In addition to the penalties in BMC 8.60.400, any boat found to be in violation of this chapter may be towed away at the owner’s expense. (Ord. 2174 § 1, 2015; Ord. 2094 § 1 (Exh.
