A. Except as provided below, no person shall solicit, sell or peddle any goods, services, wares, merchandise, liquids, or edibles for human consumption, or use any loudspeaker or amplifying device, in any Bothell parks or parks and recreation facility, except by concession contract or by special use permit issued by the department.

B. The vending of mobility devices is permissible only if authorized under a valid public area use permit issued in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 17.20 BMC. (Ord. 2389 § 8, 2022; Ord. 2174 § 1, 2015; Ord. 2094 § 1 (Exh. A), 2012; Ord. 1835 § 1, 2000; Ord. 1277 § 1, 1987).
