The appropriate officers of the city are authorized to contract with King County, Washington, and the subdivision thereof known as Seattle-King County department of public health to provide certain services for and on behalf of the city relating to the public health. The terms of such contract, the services to be performed thereunder, and the compensation to be paid for such services shall be negotiated and renegotiated from time to time. (Ord. 728 § 2, 1974).
