21.16.070 Funds established.
This section is included in your selections.
A. All fire impact fees collected shall be promptly transferred for deposit in a fire impact fee fund to be held in a separate account as determined by this section and used solely for the purposes specified in this chapter.
1. A separate fire impact fee account is hereby created for fire facilities.
B. Funds withdrawn from these accounts must be used in accordance with the provisions of BMC 21.16.080. (Ord. 2210 § 1, 2016).
