A. Any person or entity who, after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, seeks to develop land within Bothell by applying for a permit for development activity is hereby required to pay a fire impact fee in the manner and amount set forth in this chapter.

B. No new building permit or new permit for any activity requiring payment of an impact fee pursuant to this chapter shall be issued unless and until the fire impact fee hereby required has been paid.

C. No extension of a building permit issued prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter for any activity requiring payment of an impact fee pursuant to this chapter shall be granted unless and until the fire impact fee hereby required has been paid. (Ord. 2210 § 1, 2016).
