A connection charge for tapping onto a city water main shall be paid by all persons connecting to the system and shall be payable, in full, prior to any work being started. A city inspector shall be on site at the time of connection. The fee for such permit shall be as established by resolution of the city. (Ord. 1634 § 1, 1996).
