The water service to all municipal buildings shall be based on the bimonthly meter reading for the appropriate size meter and billed by the public works department. For water consumed through fire hydrants owned and maintained by the city, billing shall be based on the most recently adopted city fee schedule of charges. (Ord. 2412 § 3 (Exh.
