Additions, betterments and extensions to the existing water system of the city shall be made in accordance with the water comprehensive plan and the Bothell Standards adopted by the city council. Any extension shall connect to the nearest or most feasible water line and shall be extended across the subject property or parcel as defined by the director of public works to be the most logical location for future connection.
