More than four buildings may be connected to a single storm drainage side sewer only upon approval of the director of public works. Plans setting forth the complete layout and specifications of the proposal, prepared by a registered professional engineer, shall be submitted to the city for approval. (Ord. 2023 § 1 (Exh.
