A. No person shall violate or fail to comply with this chapter.

B. A violation of or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter shall constitute a civil infraction subject to the enforcement provisions of Chapter 11.20 BMC.

C. A violation or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, including any order of the director authorized by this chapter, shall, in addition to any other remedies, constitute grounds for the director to revoke the underlying permit issued to the permittee, if any, and grounds for the denial of any additional permits under this chapter until the permittee is in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
