The applicant shall submit a complete application for the proposed work, as established in the Bothell Standards, for review by the public works department and other departments, as necessary. The application shall include applicant name, legal description, site plan showing existing and proposed improvements, including driveways on both sides of the street along the property line and extending a minimum of 200 feet in both directions. Proposed driveway locations, width and site triangles shall be shown on the plan. (Ord. 1633 § 1, 1996).
