The director shall have the authority to designate the specific corridors to be evaluated by an applicant and included in the concurrency program. At a minimum, all corridors designated in the transportation element of the city’s comprehensive plan shall be included in the concurrency program. Other corridors may be added to the concurrency program based upon current or projected traffic conditions in the city. (Ord. 2014 § 1 (Exh.
