A final short plat meeting all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and this title shall be submitted to the city for approval within five years of the date of preliminary short plat approval; except that for preliminary short plats approved through December 31, 2011, a final short plat meeting all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and this title shall be submitted to the city for approval within seven years of the date of preliminary short plat approval.
