All development within the North Creek special district shall include provisions for pedestrian and bicycle access in accordance with the adopted pedestrian and bicycle facilities plan within the Imagine Bothell... Comprehensive Plan. Special consideration shall be given to developing a complete nonmotor vehicle traffic network, including connections to a trail system along North Creek and access to such system.
