Maximum building coverage (%)

There is no maximum percentage standard for building coverage and hard surface coverage. However, the building and hard surface coverage will be limited by setbacks, required landscaping and open space, compliance with storm water management provisions (see City of Bothell Storm Water Design Manual), critical areas provisions (see Chapter 14.04 BMC), and market conditions, and compliance with other zoning and site design regulations in this chapter.
