Permanent, off-premises, noncommercial signs are prohibited throughout the city (all zones), with the exception of governmental signs. The director of community development shall control the size, design, number and location of said signs. (Ord. 2373 § 10, 2022; Ord. 1905 § 1, 2003; Ord. 1805 § 2, 2000).
