Recreation space shall be provided at a ratio of a minimum of 100 square feet per dwelling unit for specialized senior housing, and 50 square feet per bed for nursing homes. At least 50 percent of the required minimum area shall be outdoors. The location and layout of recreation space for such developments shall be as set forth in Chapter 12.20 BMC.
