The intent of the Light Industrial zoning classification (LI) is to provide for a range of manufacturing, processing, wholesaling, distributing, and similar activities, together with associated administrative and office uses, which typically serve regional, national, and international markets. Such uses tend to require large buildings and to generate more large truck traffic than do other types of land uses. (Ord. 2053 § 3 (Exh.
