The procedures set forth in this chapter shall be utilized to enforce violations of BMC Titles 8, Health and Safety; 12, the Zoning Code; 13, the Shoreline Master Program; 14, Environment; 20, the Building Code; 15, the Subdivision Code; 17, the Transportation Regulations; 18, the Utilities Regulations; 21, the Methods to Mitigate Development Impacts; and 22, Landmark Preservation.
