A. A person commits the crime of vehicle trespass if, having no right or permission to do so nor reasonable grounds to believe the person has such a right, the person enters or remains in a vehicle belonging to another.

B. Vehicle trespass is a misdemeanor, and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000. (Ord. 1911 § 2, 2003).
