8.37.105 Exceptions.
This section is included in your selections.
A. The following consumer fireworks may be possessed or discharged within the city only during the time periods described in BMC 8.37.100:
1. Sparklers; and
2. Tanks.
B. Nothing in this chapter precludes the possession or discharge of any trick or novelty devices, which include the following:
1. Snakes;
2. Party poppers;
3. Snappers; and
4. Novelty smoke devices. (Ord. 2376 § 4, 2021).
