In addition to any other remedy provided in this chapter, and unless otherwise provided, the violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a criminal offense and shall be punishable by a fine of $250.00 plus costs. Each day that any person is in violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate criminal offense and shall be subject to the penalties as set forth herein.
