Rules and Regulations II of the King County board of health, King County, Washington, relating to and regulating the storage, sale, and serving of food and food service establishments and similar facilities requiring permits, defining offenses, and prescribing penalties, adopted on May 6, 1974, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 70.05.060 is hereby adopted by reference, together with any amendments or additions thereto, and a copy of said Rules and Regulations II of the King County board of health shall be authenticated and recorded by the city clerk along with the ordinance codified in this chapter and Chapter 8.04 BMC.
