Chapter 8.40 of the Code of King County, Washington entitled “Food Service Establishments” is hereby adopted specifically by reference, together with any amendments or additions thereto, and a copy of said chapter of the King County Code shall be authenticated and recorded by the city clerk along with the ordinance codified in this chapter and Chapter 8.04 BMC.
