6.24.250 Enforcement costs – Personal obligations of animal owner.

The civil penalty and the cost of abatement are personal obligations of the animal owner. The animal control authority contractually assuming the responsibility under the provisions of this title may collect through the Bothell city attorney the civil penalty and the abatement work costs by use of all appropriate legal remedies.
