A franchisee shall pay to the city quarterly, on or before the forty-fifth day after the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December), a percentage of gross revenues as defined herein for the preceding three months. Such remittances shall be accompanied by forms approved by city, which identify specific information as to the sources of various applicable income streams. (Ord. 1708 § 1, 1997).
