A. Each adult entertainment facility licensed under this chapter shall maintain and retain for a period of two years from the date of termination of employment, the names, addresses, and ages of all persons employed or otherwise retained as managers and entertainers.

B. Each adult entertainment facility licensed under this chapter shall file a monthly report with the city clerk including the names, addresses, and ages of all persons employed or otherwise retained as managers and entertainers. (Ord. 1698 § 3, 1997).
