A. Criminal Penalty. In addition to any other penalty provided in this chapter or by law, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a criminal penalty pursuant to RCW 9A.20.021(3), and as hereafter amended.

B. Civil Penalty. In addition to any other penalty provided in this chapter or by law, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty pursuant to Chapter 11.20 BMC.

C. Separate Offense. Each day during any portion of which a violation of any provision of this chapter is committed or is permitted is a separate offense. (Ord. 1698 § 3, 1997).
