A. An owner may seek amendment(s) to the MFTE contract between the owner and the city by submitting a request in writing to the director at any time prior to receiving the final certificate of tax exemption (“final certificate”).

B. The city manager is hereby authorized to, on behalf of the city, execute amendments to MFTE contracts meeting the requirements of state law and of the Bothell Municipal Code.

C. Any owner seeking amendments to the approved MFTE contract shall pay to the city an amendment application fee as established by the resolution of the city council.

D. The date for expiration of the conditional certificate shall not be extended by contract amendment unless all the conditions for extension set forth in BMC 3.90.100 are met. (Ord. 2358 § 1, 2021).
