Endowment funds received from the International Order of the Oddfellows shall be deposited in an enterprise fund designated by the finance director. These endowment funds shall be used only for the annual maintenance and operation of the cemetery and shall not be diverted to any other purpose. Future appropriations to the fund may be made at the sole discretion of the city council which may choose to accumulate moneys within said fund including other funds donated for said purpose. Future accumulations or appropriations shall be at the sole legislative discretion of the city council. (Ord. 1417 § 1, 1991).
