The request for a certificate of appropriateness and any supplemental information shall be submitted to the community development department. The community development department will review the material for completeness and request additional information from the applicant as necessary. Upon determination of a complete application, community development staff shall forward the materials to the board, property owner(s) and/or applicant and interested parties of record prior to the board meeting.
