A. The city’s fee schedule, as periodically adopted or amended by resolution of the city council, shall set out the schedule of school impact fees to be assessed by the city.

B. The city shall collect an administrative fee per residential building permit in order to cover the administrative cost of collecting, processing, and handling the impact fees described in this chapter. The administrative fee shall be initially set, and may subsequently be amended, by resolution of the city council.
