Any person, firm, corporation or organization violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed 180 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Every day or portion thereof during which any violation of this chapter occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2344 § 2 (Exh.
