The policies set forth on Exhibit C attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, a copy of which has been and now is on file with the city clerk and incorporated in this chapter by this reference as if fully set forth, are adopted as official policies governing the use of industrial revenue bond financing in the city of Bothell to be followed by the corporation.
