All medical insurance premiums for firefighters paid as an obligation of the city under the Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Retirement System, Chapter 41.26 RCW, shall be paid for the entire calendar year 1975, and for all succeeding years from the firefighter’s pension reserve fund established pursuant to Chapter 41.16 RCW.
