A. A fee for each grading permit and grading inspection shall be paid to the city as set forth in the fee schedule adopted by city council.

B. Before accepting a set of plans and specifications for review, the city shall collect a plan-checking fee as set forth in the fee schedule adopted by city council.

C. Separate permits and fees shall apply to retaining walls or major drainage structures as required by Chapter 20.02 BMC. (Ord. 2269 § 1, 2018).
