18.05.180 Restoration.
This section is included in your selections.

Any work not done in compliance with this chapter or any permit issued pursuant thereto or with any other section of the code shall be required by the director to be removed or restored to as near preproject original condition as possible as determined by the director. Such restoration shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

A. Filling cuts and/or removing fills and stabilizing soils with landscaping or vegetation that is similar to that which was removed;

B. Retention of existing significant trees or replacement of illegally removed significant trees consistent with Chapter 12.18 BMC;

C. Replanting with new plant materials consistent with the minimum landscape standards of Chapter 12.18 BMC; and

D. Other restoration as may be required by the critical areas regulations of Chapter 14.04 BMC or the shorelines management of Chapter 13.13 BMC. (Ord. 2269 § 1, 2018).
